For our art society Labour Day weekend show I suggested to the members of the executive that we get together and create a large piece of art incorporating all of our styles. We chose Irises by Van Gogh and divided the painting into 12 10"x10" panels. When we put them all together we should get quite an interesting piece and I'm so excited to see it all completed. We have a few artists doing collage and mixed media interpretations, a water colorist and acrylics and me, the lone oil painter!
